We provide tuition services for Years 3 to 11, including 11+, SATs, and GCSE preparation. All lessons, resources, and advice are for educational purposes only.
3. Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
Payments are due before the session date unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods stated on our website.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full session charges.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-10 working days.
5. Attendance and Conduct
Learners must arrive on time and prepared.
Disruptive behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of services.
Parents are responsible for ensuring learners’ attendance and conduct.
6. Tutor
All tutors are qualified and DBS checked. We aim to maintain high standards of teaching and professionalism at all times.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Meridian and must not be reproduced, shared, or sold without permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring your data is protected and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide effective tuition but do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
