Refund & Return Policy – Meridian Scholars

1. Introduction

At Meridian, we strive to provide high-quality tuition services and a seamless learning experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or rescheduling are applicable.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without any penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur full session charges.

Sessions that are missed without prior notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

Refunds are only issued for sessions that have been paid for in advance and meet the cancellation criteria.

Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Meridian for exceptional circumstances.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability and prior notice.

Rescheduled sessions must be booked within a reasonable timeframe, agreed upon with the administration team.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods stated on our website.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible
