This course covers a range of problems that occur in the workplace- and how they can be recognised, controlled and solved. You’ll learn about the three main areas in which problems occur and how personalities can clash because of poor communication and differences of opinion. There will be information on how issues can be solved in a professional manner and finally discuss arbitration, negotiation and compromise which can bring resolution to the workplace making it a better environment for everyone.
